The Classic range's polyethelene construction combines maximum strength and durability whist being extremely lightweight.
1.4mm gauge polyethelene is used for smaller cases and 1.8mm for larger ones. Openings are reinforced with welded frames of 6mm wire. The range has black rivet finishings and lids and bases can be reinforced with 6mm plywood for extra protection.
